We all have stories of our life experiences, and they shape our perceptions - sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. I synthesized ten tenets of unlearning that I observed in my own life and used specifically as a powerful method for growth. These tenets are the guideposts of unlearning. I share snippets of my story as a testament to the power of unlearning. However, this writing is not about dwelling on past experiences, whether they be mine or yours. Instead, it's a guide to crafting the future you desire. These ten transformative tenets of unlearning will help you build a more empowered, adaptable future.
