This scheme leads to Thabo's public disgrace, the seizure of his assets, and his brief imprisonment.
The story takes a turn following the end of apartheid in 1994. Thabo, now released from jail, adopts a pseudonym and quietly rebuilds his business empire. His resilience and unwavering commitment to his community and ideals shine through, as he lays the foundation for a new era of growth and opportunity in a free South Africa.
