SUSAN TATE is the author of four books and the director of Washington Wellness Associates. A respected health educator for over forty years, Susan served as the director of health promotion and assistant professor in the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia. She is a black belt Nia instructor and lives in the Seattle area.
