As we go out and about in life, there is that point in time when you need to stop and take a break to reflect and think things about life. We all have that deepest inner quest to understand what this life is all about, the purpose and how it should be done? Self-awareness is the beginning of making the unconscious conscious, awakening that man who embarked on a long journey on a train and slept along the way, waiting for a wakeup call and be summoned to come forth and do what he is here to do.
Here is quite an interesting mind boggling and thought provoking book, where Mollen shares her personal reflections about life answering some of these big questions that we're all struggling to figure out the answers. In life we have to understand our identity(who), the purpose of life (why), things to do (what), the ability to perform (how) and where to find the resources . Above all, we need to understand the bigger picture, the gigantic mastermind behind the scenes, understand the mind of God so that you don't waste more time figuring out things on your own. Life itself should provide you with everything you need to live it to the fullest.
This life can be made a lot easier if we approach it, not from the angle of where we are right now, the project site which is our physical world where we are doing 'life', but from where we're coming from, wherever this life is flowing from, the spiritual point of approach where the idea, the plan and resources were conceived, that part which brought us here. Merging these two worlds is what gives a unique meaning to life and unlocks the mind to access full knowledge and understanding of the things pertaining to life. Being conscious of life within us, we would be aware of what is there for us and higher life beyond the physical world. We would live life focusing on the joy of overcoming all the challenges we are facing right now, enduring it all in anticipation of what we are yet to become in the future once the work is done and dusted. We are always curious about what is on the other side of where we want to be, the future we are so eager and excited as we walk towards it.
Life in this world, is a journey we travel to experience a unique expression of life. The manifestation of what we are working out is the endgame but there is a gap in between creation and manifestation. That gap is when we are filling in the details as we define who we are, where we are and what to do with life. That gap is the place of adventure and transformation, where at times we don't need to see every detail of the growing, just as we cannot see the tree growing on every inch, we don't have to understand all the details but we trust the process and know that we are becoming that expression we are all waiting to see.
This book contains some grains of wisdom salt, remember we're the salt of the earth, try to read it with an open mind to get some to sprinkle into your life and enjoy the seasoned life as it takes you to another place of understanding where you are able to unleash your potential and live your best life ever despite the circumstances around you.
