Drawing from 40 years of pastoral ministry, What They Dont Teach in Seminary offers practical, Bible-based guidance for pastors serving small churches. The book emphasizes faithful leadership, servant-hearted ministry, wise decision-making, conflict resolution, and spiritual growth, encouraging pastors to focus on developing people rather than pursuing church size. It highlights the importance of humility, stewardship, and building strong relationships within the congregation while leading with integrity through both challenges and victories. Ultimately, the book reminds pastors that God measures success by faithfulness, not numbers, and that even the smallest churches can have a lasting impact when led with wisdom and purpose.
