Author Biography
Lenka Glassman, PsyD is a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety and related conditions. She works with children, teens, adults, and families on issues related to anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and self-esteem.
Janet McDonnell's illustrations combine traditional media and digital techniques. In addition to illustrating books, magazines, and puzzles, Janet has both taught and written for children from preschool to high school ages.
