Author Biography
Patt Lind-Kyle has a broad range of interests. She has taught in the academic world, practiced as a management consultant in the business community and has had her own private counseling practice. Ms. Lind-Kyle's current interest is working with the new tools of neuro-monitoring to help individuals become more effective with their brain/mind potential. The passion for understanding the relationship between the brain and the mind has come from 35 years of personal exploration through extensive meditation practice. She teaches classes using the model of brain/mind exploration and works with individuals customizing the unique way an individual can find their own path of inner exploration. Her current project is called "Building Community from the Inside Out", where she is training teachers to go into business, health, religious and non-profit organizations to teach mental tools that can change the lives of individuals and create a positive impact in organizations. Patt has a new book entitled: Heal Your Mind, Rewire Your Brain. A two CD set accompanies the book to teach how to access the four brainwave frequencies of beta, alpha, theta and delta.
