Where Do the Birds Go? A Mystical Journey, is an adventure of a life time for 9 year old Ellie who was very curious on her quiet observations of her daily review of magnificent colorful birds at her family bird feeder.
There are so many different kinds, different sounds and chirps she thought. They come rain or shine and so happy to be alive. Who are they singing to? What are they trying to say to those who are listening? Where do they come from with the morning light? Where do they go when the sun starts to go down? These questions rolled around in Ellie's head until she couldn't stand it any more. She sat up in bed and asked out loud--Where do the Birds Go? and quickly fell to sleep. The next morning several knocks came on her window from a Yellow Cockatiel bird who could talk named Stevie.
The adventure begins and Ellie learns exactly where the birds go, and what their earthly assignments are. This changes Ellie's life and she is contemplating how to share this new knowledge with her family, friends and the rest of the world.
