Who Are the Curanderos? They come from the Latino world and offer physical, emotional, and spiritual healing techniques.
They truly believe in their curative powers to help and serve others and sincerely trust that what they are doing is good and right. They rarely understand that they are involved with dangerous and demonic spirits. Some may realize the true nature of what is going on but do not know how to extricate themselves from their identities and "healing" activities, and this is one of the reasons for presenting this material. With the current invasion of occult and psychic-oriented practices, especially in California, it is likely that few understand what dangers lurk with their involvement.
