"Whole Cloth" is a collection of twelve short stories, whose gamut runs from the account of a legionnaire's experience with the apostle Paul in ancient Rome; a grizzled mountain man in 20th century Idaho who has forsaken society; an American diplomat who falls in love in contemporary Africa; a brother recounting the life of his gifted younger brother; a retired teacher's encounter with a most unusual house cat; a young Naval officer's encounter with the hostile law in Mississippi during the 1960's. Each story is different and unique, spanning a wide range of historical periods. But all of the stories have this in common: each person experiences the effects of a spiritual force in his or her life that changes them forevver.
Author Biography
Charles Ohrenschall grew up in California and currently lives in Georgia. He was a Navy pilot during the Viet Nam war, later an airline pilot, and then served with an international mission agency in Africa. He has an M.A. in counseling and in 1993 he and his wife founded Teleios Counseling Ministries. The Ohrenschalls have traveled extensively in Western Europe and have an on-going ministry in Russia. Their two adult sons and one grandson also live in Georgia.
