With a career spanning over 20 years, Tom Erb has established himself as one of the staffing and recruiting industry's top subject matter experts. As a consultant, trainer, and speaker to the industry, Tom has helped hundreds of staffing firms create and execute sales strategies to grow their business. Tom is a former president of the Ohio Staffing and Search Association and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio. He currently serves on the board for the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), is a chapter leader for the American Staffing Association (ASA), and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).
