Cindy Marcum is doing her best to change her life both for her mother's sake as well as her own. As Sue Marcum begins cancer treatments and Cindy starts work as the temporary church secretary, they only imagined that their lives had become complicated. But when recently divorced Kyle Sarkos steps into the picture, they become entangled with a mysterious murder and a displaced child. As their search for the truth takes them across the U.S., they learn to deal with the deep regrets of their pasts and come to understand that God truly can work all things for the good of those who love Him.
Author Biography
Originally from Florida, author Daphne Murrell presently lives in northwestern Alabama. A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida, she met her husband, Rick, while attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She now homeschools and leads worship at the church Rick pastors. They share their love of music, singing, playing, directing, writing and arranging with their three children, Melody, Josh and Charis.
