Emir Shah and Theodore Palmer are new to being boyfriends. They spent their first two years in the Roseborough University dance programme as antagonists and rivals, circling one another at the edges of their growing friend group.
But now they've come together to work on their dissertation, and in doing so, they've danced their way into a relationship.
Emir is learning to trust both himself and his new partner while managing his PTSD. Concurrently, Theo is adjusting to having a partner for the first time, navigating both his demisexual and autistic identities in a new context.
As Theo and Emir continue to work together, they grow to know themselves, their loved ones, and each other deeper than ever before. With the upcoming winter break forcing them to spend time apart, how will they balance all of the fluctuating aspects of their changing lives? Will their emerging love transform along with them, or will Emir and Theo be pulled in different directions once again?
