Writing To Heal Transformational Journal
My Beloved Readers, it is not by chance that you are holding this Writing to Heal Journal in your hands today. I do not believe in coincidences. My belief is that everything happens as it's supposed to. (That does not mean that my beliefs are always correct, or that you need to believe in my beliefs). We can choose to change our beliefs at any given moment.
Your decision to use this journal to help you to heal, transform and become a better version of yourself is a decision you will never regret. Your decisions today ultimately affect you today and will impact on your future tomorrow, and for the rest of your entire life.
As you embark on your journey of healing and transformation, I want you to focus on yourself and your healing. Ask yourself these questions:
- What do you desire to feel healed from?
- What do you need to let go of?
- Who do you need to forgive?
- Do you need to forgive yourself?
- How would you like to feel, once you have healed?
- Who would you like to become, once you have healed?
- What would you like your life to look like 1 year from today?
These are very simple questions to enable you to think beyond where you are at today. Feel free to add your own questions. Only by thinking deeply about ourselves and the lives we desire to live can we begin to move towards what we aspire to achieve.
