Danger closes in from all sides, with unseen forces watching Yaira's every move. Balancing her life as Dr. Sally Rodell, she undertakes a high-stakes mission that leads her into the depths of ancient secrets and powerful enemies. As the pressure builds and her identity is put at risk, Yaira has to decide how much of herself she's willing to expose to protect what matters. The third chapter raises the stakes ahead of her later trials. The third chapter of the Rippaverse's flagship heroine series, created by Eric July and written by the Soska sisters--continuing the journey from Yaira #1 and #2 toward the Frost & Ruin graphic novel and the Exclave event. For readers tracking the flagship heroine's arc, this chapter tightens the screws before her biggest trials--essential context for Yaira: Frost & Ruin and the Exclave event that follow.
