YEAR OF THE DRAGON is Ford Turrell's second collection of poems and meditations. The writings in this collection were all composed during 2024 -- the year of the dragon in the Chinese lunar calendar -- and a very tumultuous year for world, political, and environmental events. Uncertainty abounds and division persists.
But these poems are about connection -- they are about our connection with something enduring, something changeless, something interwoven with our entire life but that we easily lose sight of amidst of the chaos, discord, and fear.
