This book has been created using Zentangle(R) patterns to create beautiful images. Drawing using the Zentangle method is a lot like yoga with a pen. Yes, with a pen instead of yoga mat! The result is one of peace and calm, like practicing yoga.

The word Zentangle comes from the word "Zen" (meditation) and "tangle" (interwoven), and combines creativity with meditation; hence, yoga with a pen.
My hope for this book is that it helps you find comfort while colouring the large images. Feel free to add your own creative spin on the design. You also have a lovely page with affirmations to give you the opportunity to add to it, draw and create your own design if you want.
The whimsical and carefree images are created with intentions of gratitude and appreciation, as well as to promote mindfulness and well-being by taking some time during your day to pause and reflect.
