This book was written with the intention to help people honor their loved ones who have passed away, while also remembering that our loved ones leave their memories in our minds and their love in our hearts, forever.
Everyone will experience grief in their lifetime, yet there is no set way to process it. When a dear one passes away, it can be very difficult to talk about happy memories and the lasting impact of their love. With this book, we commemorate the loved ones who are no longer with us, and we cherish the love and guidance their presence has left us with. Their love and guidance help us cope with the sadness, loneliness, separation, depression, anxiety and other difficult emotions that arise.
