Author Biography
Roswitha Herman graduated Power Engineering first in her class while building an online business based on fashion, beauty and lifestyle blogging. But nothing seemed to really fulfill her, neither the "good money" in the engineering field or the "amazing lifestyle" in the fashion blogging world. She felt she was born for a greater purpose and through her own struggles in finding what that is, she became a certified health coach and through her coaching, she started to lift women up and help them BE, DO and HAVE everything they really wanted. She created a safe space, under the wellfitsyou branding where women learn how to be HAPPY, HEALTHY, WEALTHY and FULFILLED.
