Author Biography
Adam Cockerham is a Chartered Financial Planner, Fellow of The Personal Finance Society and owner of a successful financial planning company. Based in the South West of England, he has been helping people manage their money for a decade. During this time he has embarked on a learning journey of the mind guided by a leading psychologist whose retreats he has attended and whose counsel he has sought. Having previously published opinion pieces in the Financial Times Adviser, Adam is a keen writer and seeks to share his strategies for money and mindfulness. He is the author of Your Money and Your Mind.
