Kim Vopni is a Restorative Exercise Specialist(TM), a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Consultant, a Certified Fitness For Fertility Specialist, a Pilates Instructor and a Hypopressive Method trainer. She believes passionately in pelvic floor health and spreading the awareness that incontinence and bladder issues are NOT just part of being a woman.
