KATHY MURPHY is a teacher, life coach, and licensed professional counselor. She has been helping people to transform their lives for over twenty years. For the last five years, she has been facilitating women's groups and retreats based on a comprehensive personal growth program that she designed, the principles of which are featured in this book.. Kathy holds a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology and a Doctorate in Counselor Education.
